  • Day 3: Nature. Nature is a powerful healer. We'll talk about taking time to connect with nature in the morning and why this is good for your heath, productivity and creativity. 
  • Day 4: Read (and Write). These two practices help your attention, decrease your stress and increase your happiness, leading to more success throughout the day. 
  • Day 5: Intention. Setting good and clear intentions for the day allows you to focus on your most important projects, and get them done, in less time. 
  • Day 6: Stillness. This is where meditation, mindfulness and gratitude come into play. But don't worry, they won't take hours to do. I'll teach you how to FINALLY have a consistent daily practice allowing you to maintain your focus and space throughout the day. 
  • Day 7: Energy. We need energy to get us through our busy days. You can get energy from exercise but you can also find it in other forms. We'll cover all ways to start (AND KEEP) your energy throughout the day.
